And now we know which companies are emotionally exhaustingworkers thanks to a new survey from workplace appBlind. The app asked its 11,487 users, many of whom work in Silicon Valley if they were experiencing work burnout, and over half said yes.The survey then produced a list of the top 30 companieswith the most employee responses to burnout with 25 of them having a burnout satz of 50% or higher, and 16 of the 30 have a burnout rate higher than the surveys average of 57.16%. Not good news.So who is crying at the drop of a hat and who is sitting easy? Well life is good if you work at Netflix, PayPal, Twitter, Facebook and Uber. Facebook and Netflix are known for their employee perks and promoting work-life balance so that would make sense that their workers are not feeling too much burno ut. However, companies should take note that HR leaders attribute 20% to 50% of their annual turnover to burnout.
